What makes us different?

  • We are locally owned , not a franchise with out of town owners. We live in St. Louis.
  • We are a small woman owned cleaning service business.
  • We charge by the project - not by the hour like the other services. That means when your home really needs a lot of attention - you get it done for the same price.
  • We were raised to always clean quickly and efficiently. We will clean your house perfectly and be on our way. We don't stay longer than necessary to add hours onto your bill.
  • We believe in honesty in everything. If we do something wrong - we tell you and make it right.
  • We don't work off computer print outs or design a cleaning service plan for your home. We actually look at your home every time we clean and we do whatever has to be done to make your home spotless, healthy and wonderful to be in. Computers can't see your home - so we do it the old style way and use our eyes.
  • We believe in having fun and being pleasant. Be prepared for us to joke around with you while we are working (but we can also be very quiet if you are working).
  • We pet your dog or your cat. We can't help it.. we love animals.
  • We offer traditional as well as green cleaning products. We are certified for green cleaning and believe in a healthy home.
  • We fix any problem. If you see something we did wrong, we come back and take care of it.
  • We have a limited staff of highly trained professional housekeepers. We don't add staff unless we know them and know their backgrounds.
  • That means we sometimes have a waiting list. We apologize in advance if we cannot serve your needs, housekeeping or organizing needs right away.

Since many of your staff are from the Philippines, are they all legal to work in the U.S.?

A. Of course. We require proof of eligibility to work before we hire anyone. On top of that, most of the staff is either related to me or I have known them. We are very careful with who we hire.

Does your staff know how to speak English?

A. Interestingly enough, the language of the Philippines is both Tagalog and English. When we went to school, our lessons were primarily in English, since at one time we were a colony of the United States. When you hear us you will think we have an accent, but we think the same when we hear you.

Will it always be the same person that cleans my house?

A. Usually... but not always. We try to match our staff up with our valued clients so that you get to know them and feel at home with them. We know that we are a visitor in your home and want you to feel comfortable. But sometimes the schedules change and another member of the Filipina Maid crew may show up. That may not be so bad though... the other crews may have new jokes that you haven't heard yet.

If I ever have a question, comment or want to complain, who do I call?

A. Me. I will always make sure that you are well taken care of. But take it easy on me as I get upset if we aren't making you happy. However.. I take compliments very well. You may always call me directly at 314-800-7100 or email me HERE

Do you use your cleaning supplies or ours?

A. That depends upon what you want. If you like the smell of what you have been using, we will gladly use your supplies. You may also want us to use your mop instead of one that has been to other homes.... we prefer that, but you are the boss, so you tell us what you want. That's part of what makes us different since we give you options that other services won't.

Other companies clean according to computer printouts and you don't. Why?

A. Computers can't see your house. We can. We look at your house and decide what will make the biggest difference... and do it.

Do you have references?

A. Absolutely. Lots of people love us, so we will gladly provide their feedback to you. Some if it is on this site in testimonial areas now.

Do you require contracts or long term agreements?

A. No. We earn your business every time we clean. Yes, I know the big companies all push contracts on you. Shame on them.

Do I need to be home every time you clean?

A. No... but we love your company so it's nicer when you are. If you aren't here, then who will we tell our jokes to? But you don't have to be at home if you have other things you want to do.

Why does the first cleaning take longer than ongoing maintenance cleaning?

A. Because we deep clean everything to get rid of all the dirt the last maid service left behind. We typically spend twice as much time on the first cleaning as we do the ongoing ones. And no, we don't make money on your first cleaning since it takes so long but that is what we feel is necessary to earn your business.
