What sizes and types offices do you clean?
We specialize in small to mid-sized companies where a typical janitorial company might not be the best choice. We can set up a schedule for your organization which is perfectly suited to your needs and traffic - for nightly, weekly or monthly cleanings.
If you have manufacturing facilities, require nightly or weekly carpet cleaning or floor buffing, or high grease areas such as automotive centers or restaurants, we would recommend a reputable janitorial company. Janitorial companies have the heavy equipment that we don't. Requirements: We need running water from interior faucets and electricity to each room in order to do a rough clean Window clean should be done before wood floor has been coated or wood floor should be covered. Rough clean to be done AFTER wood floor has been sanded. We can clean third story windows in many cases, provided there is room for ladder set up, the area free of trees/limbs and power lines, and graded landscape or concrete poured as a safe base for ladder setup.
